Pursuant to Notification No. 013-BOPEE of 2021 dated: 28-01-2021 vide which the Board had notified Provisional Merit List of candidates, who have applied for admission to 12th
Based Paramedical Courses, 2020 in Government/Private Institutions of UT of J&K / Ladakh and had sought objections from the candidates, if any, against their positions.
The Board hadalso asked such candidates to clear the deficiencies shown against his/her position in the said Provisional Merit List upto 2nd February, 2020 failing which no claims whatsoever shall be
entertained by the Board. Since the Board has not received any representation, therefore, the
said provisional merit list has been treated as final. However, in respect of candidates who
have not cleared their deficiencies as on date, the Board keeping their carrier in view, decided
to allot them the UT Rank(s) and make them eligible to participate in the counselling process
only on production of such deficient documents at the time of counselling.
In light of above, the Board has decided to conduct the physical round of allotment
counselling of eligible candidates listed in Annexure “A” to this Notification w.e.f. 03-03-2021
to 06-03-2021, at BOPEE Office Srinagar / Jammu. The candidates are advised come for
Registration-cum-Attendance on their respective date(s) of counselling from 9.30 a.m. to
10.30 a.m. as per the below schedule:-
