Tehsildar Gurez recommends disciplinary action against 13 teachers for remaining absent

 

 

Bandipra, Mar 09 : Authorities in Gurez on Tuesday recommended disciplinary action against 13 teachers for remaining absent from their duties in many Government Schools of Gurez in North Kashmir’s Bandipora district.

 

 

An order issued by Tehsildar Gurez, a copy of which lies with news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO),

reads that on the directions of Sub Divisional Magistrate (SDM) Gurez, he inspected Boys Middle School Markoot,

Boys Middle School Mastan, Girls Middle School Wanpora and

Boys Middle School Badwan of Tehsil Gurez today and many officials, officers were found unauthorizedly absent from their duties.

 

 

The teachers who were found absent from their duties

including Muzaffar Ahmad Mir, Hajira Begum, Rabeena Begum, Gul Afroza Begum, Aabida Rahim, Rasheeda Begum, Tariq Parvaiz Lone, Ajaz-ul-Rahman, Mehboob Hussan, Muhammad Khalil Pintoo, Muzaffar Ahmad Shah, Mir Mustafa and Saleem Ahmad Samoon.

 

 

The order also reads that it is as such recommended that the Disciplinary action against the said officials/officers be initiated under the rules with intimation to this office please.

 

 

Earlier on last Monday, authorities in Bandipora ordered withholding of the salary of 64 government employees of education department for remaining absent for the duty—(KNO)
