Withdrawal of Candidature for Class-IV posts in various departments under provisions of the Jammu & Kashmir
Appointment to Class-IV (Special Recruitment. ) Rules, 2020- regarding.
Whereas, despite all the measures taken by the JKSSB as
explained hereinabove, if any candidate gets selected on the basis of giving false information or misrepresentation, necessary action which include cancellation of selection and initiation of prosecution for giving false information in terms of the judgements passed by the Hon’ble
Supreme Court of India, will be taken against defaulters. Now, therefore, in view of the above, all such higher
qualified candidates, if selected for the Class IV posts on the basis of given false information/ misrepresentation, are informed that their candidature shall be deemed to have been cancelled abinitio if at any later stage, it is proved that they do not possess prescribed qualification, besides, shall be liable for criminal prosecution for giving false affidavit in the light of judgments rendered by the Apex Court in this regard.
