Central University of Kashmir requires Teaching Assistants/ Guest Teachers on short term contract

basis against some available or resultant vacancies/gaps in the below mentioned departments

 

. The walk-in-Interview shall be

held at Central University of Kashmir, Green Campus,

Duderhama,Ganderbal as per the following schedule

 

 

 

1). Masters Degree in the relevant field/discipline with

minimum 55% marks.

2). JRF/NET/SLET/SET or Ph.D Degree in accordance with

UGC (Minimum Standard and

Procedure for Award of

M.Phil/Ph.D Degree) Regulations 2009 or 2016.

1). Masters Degree in Law with minimum 55% marks.

3). The candidates must have

 

a specialization in following

subject at Masters or Ph.D level:

a). Business Law b). Constitutional Law

c). Labour Law d). International Law

e). Personal Law

 

Important Note:

Interested eligible candidates arerequired

to carry all the documents including UG/PG marks sheets,publications, experience certificates etc. (in original & photocopy) along with passport size photograph on the day of walk-in-interview.

Candidates are informed to report by 10:00am

on the scheduled date and at the given venue.

Candidate reporting after 12:00 noon shall not be consideredfor theWalk-in-interview.

 

Pay Details:

1.Teaching Assistant (Contractual)

: Rs. 30,000/-per month subject certain conditions.

2.Guest Teacher: Rs. 1,000/-per lecture subject to maximum of 25 lectures per month

 

.GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1.The engagement is need based only and the University reserves the right to either issue or not issue the engagementl etter even after the process is over.

2.Candidates figuring at lower in the panel

/waiting list may be engaged as Guest Teachers, subject to the requirement of Departments.

3.The engagement to the post advertised is purely on contract basis and the selected candidates will not have any claim whatsoever for the permanent appointment.

4.The engagement shall be subject to the submission

of an affidavit of undertaking by the candidate on the dulyapproved format of the University, to be sworn before first class Judicial Magistrate.

5.The engagement shall be for a period as deemed fit by theUniversityor till the alternative arrangements are made,whichever is earlier.

6.Candidates who are interested tosit inthe walk-in-interviewshall provide complete details with regard to their academic qualifications, research publications, teaching/research experience etc supported by documentary evidence. These details shall be used for calculating the points for final selection.

 

7.Relaxation of 5%in mark sshall be allowed at Master‘s degree level for the candidates belonging to Scheduled

Caste/Scheduled Tribe/Other Backward Classes (OBC)(Non-creamy Layer)/PwD.
